The technology of naphthalene removal from cove-oven gas developed by CTYC utilizes CTYC'sspecial naphthalene through solid purification process in the fixed-bed and its characterized by its multiple regeneration and high removal accuracy. By utilizing this technology, the single-stage or multi-stage removal technique such as crude removal, fine removal and etc. Can be alternatives depending on the naphthalene content required in the feed coke-oven gas and that of the purified coke-oven gas.
*The naphthalene content in the feed gas: 10~3000mg/ Nm3.
*The purification accuracy: Naphthalene content in the purified gas ≤ 5mg/ Nm3.
*Regeneration gases: Purified coke-oven gas, nitrogen, PSA desorbed gas, steam and etc.
*Regeneration temperature: 150º C-170º C.
*The pressure of feed gas is 2~2000KPa(g), the system pressure drop is 1-5KPa.

The technology of desulfurization from cokeoven gas developed by our company utilizes our company's high-efficient desulfurizer, which removes the hydrogen sulfide through solid purification process in the fixed-bed and can be combined with the detar and naphthalene removal technology.
It is characterized by high removal accuracy. By utilizing this technology, the single-stage or multi-stage removal technique can be alternatives depending on the hydrogen sulfide content required in the feed coke-oven gas and that of the purified coke-oven gas.
*The hydrogen sulfide content in the feed gas: 1~3000mg/Nm3.
*The purification accuracy: The hydrogen sulfide content in the purified gas≤ 0.03mg/Nm3.
*The pressure of feed gas is 2~2000KPa(g) and the system pressure drop is 1~5KPa.
· Control mode and characteristic
*Control mode: PSA units are controlled by controllers and instruments. The DCS, FCS, PLC control systems can be chosen according to The scale of PSA units and the requirement of control.
*Control characteristic: The implementation of not only the PSA ordinary control system, but also the specialist control system for optional Combination and switchover of multiple-adsorbers, and the self-adapt optimum, which improves the operation flexibility, and ensures the long-term, steady and safe operation of the unit.
